The personal data processed by Qyre (both user data and usage data, except for technical data such as IP address etc.) is shared with other users on the site as the information uploaded to your profile is displayed to all users. Production companies may search for other users based on areas of practice and other parameters, such as location, and will get access to statistics about productions you have participated in (such as for what time period you have been involved in the production).

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Qyre Services and to fulfill legitimate and essential business purposes – such as ensuring service performance, developing new features, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. In general, we store your data for as long as your Qyre account is active. Upon termination of your account or service agreement, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days unless otherwise required by law, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. If you request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as the following:
We may transfer your personal data to trusted sub-processors or partners located in countries outside the EU/EEA. This includes services related to hosting, communication, analytics, and support.
